Michael Bowers, CEO

At Gaucher & Associates, Inc., Mike advanced from Utility Project Manager to Vice President and Senior Utility Project Manager, leading up to 30 concurrent commercial projects while strengthening stakeholder coordination, navigating regulatory frameworks, and supporting sustainable energy initiatives. Since
stepping into his executive role in August 2024, he has focused on staff development, workflow optimization, and growth strategy—contributing to a 70% year-over-year sales increase.
In parallel, Mike has served as Legislative and Regulatory Officer for the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) since 2022, actively shaping policy discussions around renewable energy, water quality, and carbon management. His work includes spearheading HB25-1040, which classified nuclear energy as a clean energy source in Colorado. With a balance of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and collaborative
communication, Mike is well positioned to guide Gaucher as CEO beginning in 2026.

Dave Martin, COO

After serving in the U.S. military and completing his service in 1998, Dave Martin began his career in utility construction, installing gas and electric infrastructure in the field. Through dedication, technical skill, and a strong work ethic, he advanced into leadership roles, ultimately managing crews and coordinating large-scale utility projects.
Over the years, Dave gained extensive experience in pipeline design as well as gas and electric distribution and service design, helping to engineer reliable, cost-effective systems across varied terrains and jurisdictions. He moved into operational leadership, serving as a Senior Operations Manager overseeing projects across multiple states. His commitment to safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance earned him recognition and advancement to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations, where he directed strategic initiatives and led multi-state teams delivering critical infrastructure.
Today, as a Utility Project Manager, Dave brings 27 years of experience to every project, from horizontal directional drilling to capital construction initiatives. His hands-on leadership, field expertise, and passion for delivering reliable utility services are the foundation of his continued success.
When he’s not managing projects, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors.

Jessica Cutter, CFO

Jessica Cutter is the Vice President of Strategic Finance, Energy, and Sustainability at Gaucher & Associates, where she leads initiatives that align financial strategy with long-term strategic business goals. She previously served as Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Colorado Oil and Gas Association and is also the founder and President of C Cubed Energy Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing business operations, geologic, land, and regulatory support to energy companies.
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Geology from MSU Denver and her graduate degree in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Her career includes geological field experience in Ireland, Germany, and the United States, as well as geologic, land, and regulatory support on projects spanning Australia, Europe, Africa, South America, and throughout the oil and gas basins of the United States and Canada. She also brings professional experience in mining, oil and gas, helium, environmental geology, and geologic hazards.
Passionate about comprehensive economic and feasibility studies in oil and gas and mineral development projects, Jessica has presented at several conferences on topics such as resource evaluation, environmental studies, and business and professional ethics.
Since 2013, Jessica has been active in the Colorado Section of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG), serving as Section President in 2021, 2023, and 2025, serving as the ongoing sponsor of the MSU Denver Student Chapter, and participating on the AIPG National Ethics Committee.
Jessica lives in Windsor, CO, with her beautiful daughter, Ayda, boyfriend, Shannon, two Boston terriers, and one French bulldog.

Courtney Culver, Sr. Project Manager

Courtney Culver graduated in 2016 from Southern New Hampshire University and obtained her degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. Before joining Gaucher & Associates, Courtney had over 7 years of experience in the home building industry. She was a regional office manager for a large homebuilder and has won numerous employee of the quarter awards, was nominated for employee of the year in 2021 for outstanding performance, and led the charge in getting permitting lead times down in multiple communities.
Courtney is originally from New Hampshire but now resides in Palm Coast, FL with family and her three dogs Buddy, Teddy & Rip. Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking with her dogs, traveling, country music, and a good book.

Cara Hawran, Sr. Project Manager

Cara Hawran’s career is built on over 20 years of hospitality and operational excellence. After graduating from San Jose State University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business, she managed sales and catering for hotels across Monterey and the San Francisco Bay area in California. Her talent for navigating complex logistics led her to oversee impactful projects at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and is now a Senior Project Manager with Gaucher & Associates. Cara is dedicated to client success and enjoys the collaborative process of building professional relationships. In her spare time she enjoys adventures with her family, traveling, cooking, yoga, live music, and a good spa day.

Kanto Yoshikawa, Senior Research Manager

Kento Yoshikawa graduated in Environmental Science from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in Denver, CO, in 2017. He began his career at a Denver-based Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Consulting Firm as a Field Engineering Technician. Following three years in the field, Kento worked his way into the office as a commercial dispatcher. During his three years in the office, he worked on creating daily schedules for over 70 field technicians, while communicating with various clients and contractors in the state of Colorado. Kento was also responsible for setting up new projects alongside project managers and reviewing POs, invoices, and reports for large-scale Residential and Commercial Developments. In 2024, he was brought on to the staff with Gaucher & Associates, Inc. as a Utility Research and Operations Manager. Kento was originally born in Osaka, Japan, but currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with his two dogs, Hamburger and Cosmo. During his free time, he is either spending time with his dogs or playing music in several different projects in Denver and the surrounding areas.

Rachel Crepeau, Project Manager

Rachel is a results-driven Project Manager with a strong track record in site readiness and utility infrastructure coordination for residential and commercial developments. She specializes in preparing sites for vertical construction, coordinating with municipalities and utility providers, and resolving utility-related challenges that can delay project schedules. Rachel’s proactive approach and attention to detail help ensure projects proceed smoothly from planning through service energization.
In her roles managing high-volume buildouts and commercial utility infrastructure, Rachel works collaboratively with engineers, inspectors, trade partners, and stakeholders to streamline permitting, scheduling, inspections, and resource allocation. She is known for creating efficient processes that reduce downtime, minimize rework, and support safe, compliant, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Rachel’s strengths include communication, operational oversight, utility inspection readiness, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Rachel’s foundation in disciplined leadership and decisive action was shaped by her service in the United States Navy as a Helicopter Aircrewman and Rescue Swimmer. During her military career, she supported domestic and overseas missions in high-risk environments, earning the Naval Achievement Medal, Eastern Seaboard Sailor of the Year award, and multiple warfare qualifications. This experience reinforced her ability to lead under pressure and maintain accountability in mission-critical settings.
Outside of her professional work, Rachel is engaged in her community through volunteer service with Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Nassau County Council on Aging, and K9s for Warriors. A passionate dog lover and avid karaoke enthusiast, she values connection, teamwork, and balance — qualities that shine through in her leadership style and commitment to both her work and her community.

Isabel Martinez, Administrative Project Coordinator | Utility Project Manager

Isabel Martinez is Texas-born and raised and is a passionate advocate for building strong, resilient communities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas A&M University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in University Studies with a concentration in Global Arts, Planning, Design, and Construction. She also earned dual minors in Urban Planning and Recreation Management.
With over six years of experience in development—including housing management and city planning—Isabel brings a well-rounded perspective to both residential and commercial projects. Her deep understanding of community development is rooted in a belief that everyone deserves to live in a healthy, vibrant environment that enhances their quality of life.
Isabel’s work is fueled by her commitment to making a positive impact, both physically and socially, through thoughtful planning and inclusive design.
Outside of work, Isabel is a loving mom to her sweet toddler Oli and a dog-mom to her Australian Shepherd, Otis. She enjoys reading, walking trails, finding a creative outlet, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Tristan Ham, Jr. Utility Project Manager

Tristan Ham serves as a Junior Project Manager at Gaucher & Associates, Inc., where he supports utility and infrastructure coordination efforts through strong project tracking, communication, and documentation support. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations & Communications from Illinois State University (2023), Tristan brings a professional foundation in cross-functional collaboration, organized reporting, and deadline-driven coordination.
Tristan also served in a leadership role for Illinois State University’s Division I football and basketball live stat broadcast team, overseeing real-time data entry and the transmission of official game statistics to ESPN and the NCAA. This experience strengthened his attention to detail, ability to perform under pressure, and commitment to accuracy in fast-moving environments.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys spending time with his dog, Bo, and with his girlfriend, Jenna.
